Our delivery model is based on the size of the project. In some instances, we are more than happy to receive payment only on satisfactory completion of the Statement of Works. Fixed Price or Time & Materials depending upon the nature of the assignment, our resources aim is to deliver on time, and to the budget agreed.
Northampton County Council.
Working with a Third-Party Provider, we successfully delivered Oracle Payroll and a Custom Absence Solution to this County Council. Their unique requirements took them outside of the standard functionality, and our solution was a unique take on complementing the standard Absence processes while still continuing to maintain the underlying system functionality.
Portsmouth City Council.
We successfully delivered an enhanced Automated Absence Solution to Portsmouth City Council, as part of their Occupational Sickness and Maternity Management initiative. This affected both HR and Payroll in terms of Management, Payment and Reporting, The project was delivered in time for the deadline payroll run, on budget.
South Lanarkshire Council.
We Initially delivered a fully bespoke Absence and Payroll solution to this Scottish customer, based on a unique set of business rules which the Oracle Application does not cater for. Our solution was designed in such a way so that if the client wishes to utilise the Oracle absence module in the future, the process and information could be migrated effectively. When the business required changes to their processes due to internal changes in terms and conditions, as well as new Statutory Absence regulations, we were their trusted delivery partner, updating the Absence Solution and their HR/Payroll processes and calculations accordingly.
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.
We have worked with this client over many years, delivering Absence, Pensions, and Payroll improvements on multiple occasions. Supporting them in each instance, In all circumstances we have delivered on time and to budget.
When this client required an organisation to help them modify their absence functionality, resolving issues with their implementation and enhancing their automation and reporting capabilities, SylverSoft was recommended to them and we delivered automation enhancements between both business and statutory absence calculations and processes, aligning them with their Payroll and HR/Management needs, thereby reducing human intervention and errors through a robust and scalable solution.
